Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager

Looking for a career where you can have a real impact on the agency, culture, and clients?

Are you interested in working with a team and getting experience with social media ad budgets up to and over $1,000,000/mo… Yes, you read that right, $1,000,000/mo for one client. We’re using artificial intelligence to A/B test their ad copy, and lots of other cool, cutting-edge stuff!

We’re looking for someone with 3-10 years experience in paid advertising to join the team as an Account Manager.

The position handles the strategy, day-to-day execution of Facebook ad campaign and client management.

Your work will directly affect our client’s business, their employees, and their customers.

All of our clients are direct response, and results-driven. Meaning, if we spend X on their behalf, the client makes Y. Therefore, it’s crucial we make our clients a lot more Y than on their own or with someone else.

We’re a small, tight, growing team looking for someone that wants to leave their mark on a department and have influence in a small company environment.

The successful individual will assess how we operate and blend best practices from your previous experiences with what we do well.

Not only will you drive the success of our clients, but you will drive a culture of success as well.

Our clients have high expectations, and likewise, have high expectations for ourselves.

These competencies are required to be successful in this role:
2-5 years managing Facebook ads with spends in excess of $50k+/mo. Bonus for direct-response / lead gen / e-commerce. We do not do ‘branding’ or boosted posts or like campaigns.

Fanatical attention to detail: Able to execute repetitive tasks with high level of accuracy. Your friends probably call you a neat freak – and that’s good with us!

Realistic expectations. Not every day is a change the world, make a dent moment. Able to find satisfaction in doing mundane, repetitive tasks that have to get done.

Strong Excel skills…as in you will be tested.

Growth mindset around continuous improvement. Looks at setbacks as an opportunity for growth vs. a permanent roadblock.

Looking for a work-life balance, but ok putting in hard work and extra hours when needed.

Team player: You enjoy helping others and enjoy lending a hand, teaching others and working together to move things forward.
